Two days ago I finished the shawl that Stine asked me to knit for her. It`s a beautiful patten and it`s very easy to knit. I also think the size was very good. Big but not to big and very light. I have never used pearls when knitting a shawl before and I just love the look of it. The pearls gives the shawl a more expensive and delicate look. I`m very pleased with the way it came out. Shetlandsuld is a thin wool yarn from our net shop, it`s light and suitable for so many things. This is the colourway ny48 on needles 3,25. You need only two skeins of Shetlandsuld for a shawl like this. My plan is to knit one of this shawls for my self but I don`t think I can find time to do it until the fall. I have so many beautiful socks to knit this summer.

He needed a pair of socks as you probably understand.

In this along we shall knit all of the patterns in her book Sock innovation which was in stores from the 1.st. of April. The first pattern in the book is called Glynis. If it was`nt for the along I don`t think I would have knitted this pattern. It`s to messy for my taste. I have started the sock to times ll ready, because I did`nt reed the pattern close enough. Everyone who is in this along and are using ravelry has tagged there project bodenglynis.

I`m using  Supersock Select Semi-Solids and the colour Jade on needles 3mm.
